Our Process of installing your Patio!

Step 1: excavating area
The first step in installing your homes patio is excavating the area. This could be removing soil or adding soil with retaining wall block to get level with your home or area you're wanting to put the patio.

Step 2: Tarping
Having tarping helps any future weeds growing up through your patio as well as the separation of dirt and the base layer.

Step 3: Base install
Having the correct base allows for a long lasting patio for years to come. We use crush n run which is compacted every inch to create a solid and flowing base.

Step 4: Paver Base install
Using screed rails and 1 Inch of #89 stone we are able to make a flowing base for water and very sturdy paver base. We then lay the pavers in the desired pattern leveling each one.

Step 5: Paver joint filling
For most patios joint filling with a buff color sand helps hold the pavers together not allowing any movement to increase the strength of the patio.
